This year the annual block swap will be on Friday, November 30,  2018 at 5:30.

We hope you can join us.  We will meet to swap and celebrate together.  This year’s craft is going to be fabulous.  You won’t want to miss the event.  However, if you can’t attend that is fine too.  You will need to deliver your blocks to the store prior to the date and make arrangements to pick them up soon after. 

The quilt blocks this year will be stars.  The blocks will finish at 12 ½”  and you will need to bring at least 20 to swap.  Please note that you need to make 10 of the blocks with the center block whole and 10 with the patchwork center as shown below.  The cutting/sewing instructions available upon registration.  We will alo have a block demo day Friday Aug. 3, 3-5pm

The guildelines are as follows:

-         Quilt store quality Christmas / Winter fabric ONLY – no exceptions.  Please do not use fabric from a big box store.

-          The white needs to be the white on white random (like snow) fabric which can be purchased at Regal Fabrics and Gifts.  You will
           need to purchase 2 ¼ yds.   You will be given a  10 % discount on your fabric. 

-          The star points on each block need to be all the same fabric.

-          This is a great way to use scraps however, please do not include orange, purple and/or bright lime green.
